Mighty Moose
Discovered today kids radio stations online. We've been dancing up a storm to Mighty Moose radio. The music is really fun and not annoying -- which drives me CRAZY about lots of kids music.

The song playing right now is by Mr. "S" and called "Superhero" from the album called Songs for Family, Friends and Frogs. It's great! http://www.mr-s-tunes.com/. I think I might get his cd for our kids. It's great kid's rock and roll.

Okay that's all for now. Eva is "duck" -- stuck, and crying "hap". Oh now she's free.

The song playing now is hilarious -- "Folsom Preschool Blues" -- spoof on Johnny Cash's "Folsom Prison Blues".

Eva and Elijah were just giving each other kisses - slimy ones on the nose and lips. Eva was signing "more" -- guess she like them.

It's presupper meltdown time. Think I better go.

Hope you are enjoying fall.

Beach Beauties -- for Auntie Melanie
We had a lovely beachside walk with Melanie when we were in BC. Lance and Elijah spent the afternoon at the Vancouver Aquarium.

Oh really?

Mom and I have been baking a lot. The florescent printing on the egg makes me suspicious. Nature's best? I mean they are good as far as store eggs go and the chickens have been fed feed that is free of antibiotics and hormones. I'd venture that Cara and Andy's chickens lay nature's real best eggs - now those are good eggs!

mom's here
so grandma Kathy is here because Lance is going on CLBI's fall outdoor trip. Mom's been here a week and it is sure nice to have her. She is on a baking rampage right now. I will some recipes later. Mom bought me a new muffin pan today and we're trying it out to see if we should get a second one.

Eva went through a really rough stage - teething molars and maybe a virus too. She was waking up many many times a night and grumpy all day. She's doing a lot better now.

We are trying to teach the kids to be gentle with each other. Eva likes to hit Elijah on the head when she's frustrated and he like to bite her - hard. Today she was mad at him and began hitting him on the head, I came from across the room to intervene, before I got there, her hitting had turned into rubbing his head - gently. Looks like a little learning is happening.

Here are some photos for your viewing pleasure:
