Mom and I have been baking a lot. The florescent printing on the egg makes me suspicious. Nature's best? I mean they are good as far as store eggs go and the chickens have been fed feed that is free of antibiotics and hormones. I'd venture that Cara and Andy's chickens lay nature's real best eggs - now those are good eggs!

I get eggs from a farmer too. The yolks are bright, the shells have a range of size and color.
I could live without the odd red dot on the inside though ;)
