Hey guys, thanks for all the advice and kind thoughts and prayers. I really appreciate. Quick update, I'm on my way to have a nap (after cleaning up a little girl who likes to strip). We tried the inside out sleeper and I was all ready to report that it was a success. Until I found her naked this morning. Shoot. Will probably keep trying that since it did seem to slow her down. Also trying overalls. Yeah, doesn't really sound comfy, but she doesn't seem bothered. Potty training is going good I guess. There are lots of times she says "Potty" while simultaneously peeing, but I consider that hopefully. Today she said potty and then sat on the potty for quite awhile before pooping and peeing - too much detail for you? I was very excited as it seems that she is learning what it feels like BEFORE she pees/poops. I am finding it stressful though. Hoping it won't be a super long process, actually hoping it will be super short!
We are coming off a week of intense socialization. I think we've had some sort of gathering 6 out of 8 nights and sometimes things during the days too. It has all been good, but I think a little too concentrated. We are trying to reclaim our home (not to mention PACKING!) I have mountains of laundry - both clean and dirty - to deal with.
Rain. It has been raining and thundershowering for days. And we had a wild hailstorm on Saturday. My perennial garden is ravaged. Pictures of the hail and my husband in it to follow.
Birthdays. Mine - details to come. Twins - details to come. In short both were great. Good friends, good food, special gifts.
Baby. This is one wiggly baby. I am enjoying feeling this little one's movements.
That's all for now. goodnight.

Happiest belated birthday to all three! Glad to read that you are feel a little more optimistic today... one day at a time, right! I'm a little late with the stripping and peeing comments, but I did want to share in your pain... Corrina went through a stage of getting naked at night too. I only recall her peeing a few times after stripping, but it didn't become a habit. But we would often find her in her crib, sound asleep, hugging her diaper. Corrina took a long time to potty train, but it was almost like a prepotty training, with the real deal only taking a week or so. We did not touch a pull up, but did have reusable training pants in the beginning, which just confused her. We started getting her used to the idea and teaching her about it, but it was months later when she actually started using regularly. She transitioned, like Eva, from knowing she was peeing, to trying to get to the potty or communicate the need, to wandering off on her own one night, and brining the potty back full of pee. It sounds like you are on a GREAT track. Little ones all do it at a different pace, and they really are trying their best, I believe. The only thing I can think of regarding the stripping and peeing is that if she is learning to pee, perhaps she will begin to go before going into her night time diaper, so the stripping part won't be so messy, just cold, until she falls asleep. I love that you put her sleeper on backwards... in my mind seeing her take it off again would be one of those great times to have a surveillance camera in the room! (anyone else wonder what they do when we leave?!) Best of luck in solving these challenges.

A thought just occurred to me. Have you tried putting her sleeper on backwards when she goes to bed, so she can't strip?
I was waiting for the birthday post on June the 6th to wish you all a Happy Birthday...
So here it is then: HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY should I sing for you? haha :O I think you get the idea!
Love you. D
