"hep me" |
Eva fell backwards off her car. Screamed. I encouraged her to use her words. She said, "pay, pay, pay", "You want to play?" I clarified. "No, pay" she said. "Pray?" I questioned. "Yeah" she said. I encouraged her to pray and she said through tears, "Hep me....hep me....better" "did you ask Jesus to help you feel better", "Yeah". Then she vigorously wiped the tears off her face and said, "Happy now". |

Hi Aimee, Usually I'm a silent blog reader but this story is so precious! What a beautiful, sensitive spirit Eva has. Pamela

How incredible - the prayers of a child. It blesses my heart to hear the prayers of generations that follow me. Pray on little Eva.
How well I remember you praying for your sister Cara when you were both little and she was sick. The day I told you she was well you jumped up and down, landing on the bed saying "Thank you Jesus!" Ah yes, thank Jesus for making your sister and playmate well.
Love you, Mom

That is SO precious! It just about brings tears to my eyes. I guess that's what He meant when he talked about faith like a child.

LOL :D Oh Aimee, you have one darling of a child there!
This little story makes me want to pick her up and squeeze her in a bear hug.
Jesus, can I have one of those? A little girl that loves you so much?
This was a great story Aimee.
*still grinning*

so sweet. . is this the little nudie in the above post? Perhaps she could say a wee prayer for that situation too.
(this is what happens when I read a few posts at a time)
