Dreaming |
Last night I had the most detailed dream about a huge feast of Indian take-out. Butter chicken, naan bread, chipatis (sp?) and tons of other delectable treats (things I don't even know in real life but I seemed to know what they were in my dream) in those round aluminum containers with cardboard lids. Camrose is a little short on Indian restaurants. There is a Famous Asia, hmmm, maybe they can make atleast part of my dream come true...

ps. thanks for all the potato ideas! And Brooke the conversion to metric was nice of you... but I don't know anyone who actually cooks in metric. We're all mixed up here in Canada, I used pounds, litres, kilometres, cups, centimetres and inches. Not very consistant! |

Aimee I really wanted to check out that knitting site you passed on to me, but it's down. Do you have any pictures you can send to me?
I'm having so much fun making up patterns, although they're not very challenging.

We use this recipe to make Butter Chicken quite often, it's fairly simple http://www.cuisinedumonde.com/butter_chix.html

An Indian food dream? How very interesting! I must admit I don't dream of food that often, at least I don't remember those ones if I do. Hmm...ya there are quite a few Indian food restaurants here.
