Major Happiness |
I found this photo opportunity while on our road trip from Winnipeg to Abbotsford this summer it totally cracked me up. A pretty big boast for a teeny pamphlet found in a bag of Crispy Mini snacks. As you may have suspected, it did not lead me to major happiness. I think it included a coupon and an inspirational quote from Ghandi. Oh dear. |

just what I needed to be happy, a coupon. Then again, a coupon for free babysitting might be the key to happiness :O)

Hi Aimee...my name is Zandra, I'm one of Heidi's friends from So Cal. Anyways, she suggested that I check out your blog since you get lots of snack and recipe ideas for healthy eating. I am 29 weeks pregnant and my blood sugar levels keep threatening toward gest. diabetes levels, so my midwife finally put me on a diet just to help avoid that threat. I'm sure it didn't help that I have a major sweet tooth and have been indulging in things such as Cocoa Pebbles for most breakfasts! So anyways, I just wanted to say Hi and let you know that I'll probably check back from time to time (congrats, by the way!). Oh, and a great book to read, if you get the chance to pick it up: Mother's Intention: How Belief Shapes Birth by Kim Wildner. I do warn you that it has a strong bias toward all-natural and home birth, however I found it very empowering and reasurring about the whole birth experience.

Hi Aimee,
I love that picture - I've seen those instant happiness things before and they always make me laugh. Any chance that we can see pictures of your belly (and you). I'd love to see it.
Hope you're doing well
Katelyn
