Here are some photos in no particular order. Don't have the time to organize them right. Enjoy a peek into our Christmastime.
Here is our little tree. I just love it.
Christmas morning at the Odegards.
Mama gets a sewing machine!!! Thanks mom and dad!
Elijah and his new "guitar" (ukulele) he calls it his "da da". He just loves it.
The kids opening a bag FULL of rhythm instruments from Grandpa Lando and Grandma Kathy
One of my favorite ornaments is this bell made in West Germany. Lance bought me a bunch of old ornaments from MCC the year we got engaged.
Eva chewing on a nativity piece from Mexico...nice picture, bad thing to chew on.
We went on a walk in the afternoon on Christmas. This was my highlight of the day. The weather was perfect - warm, I think it was 0! Enjoyed the beauty of nature and talking with Lance.
Elijah and Eva surrounded by gifts. We were blessed with more gifts than we know what to do with.
Jane and Troy (her boyfriend) planned Karaoke as our Christmas Eve activity. Everyone sang! I was absolutely not going to, but there were two mics, and singing duets didn't turn out to be bad at all. Lance did a rousing Jack Blackish rendtition of "Born to be Wild" - if you know Lance you can imagine. When recounting the story to my parents my dad asked if he took his shirt off... well it wasn't quite that wild but we were sure laughing.
Thank you for this peak! It's so fun to see the kids being enjoyed by their other grandparents - as we imagined and know they are! We miss you all but are very happy for phone calls and pictures :) I love seeing Elijah with his "da da". And look at Eva's big open mouth with that mic in hand! Good luck with sewing - a class would be so great. You're welcome.
